It is broken down into 2 parts, with around 2 hours of content.
In this workshop you will learn; what mindfulness and meditation is, how it works, the benefits it can bring and different mindfulness techniques such as breathing techniques, grounding techniques, gratitude, mindful walking and mindful eating.
Alongside this workshop you will also receive a booklet with the information and techniques discussed in the workshop. As well as this, you will receive a hypnotherapy audiotape/ guided meditation that will help you relax and calm your mind.
